- Evaluation Criteria: Award will be based on technical capability and price, with the goal of awarding to the responsible quoter whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government. Technical capability will be evaluated solely on the information presented in the quote, and price will be evaluated comparatively in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3).
