All maintenance must adhere to DOI requirements, manufacturer specifications, and NFPA standards, with the most stringent requirements taking precedence. Special requirements include a 24-hour emergency hotline with specific response times, personnel support for monthly child daycare and annual building fire drills, and strict safety compliance. Contractor personnel must possess relevant experience and NICET certifications, with on-site supervisors requiring specific certifications (e.g., Edwards EST3 series, NICET Level III). A Management Plan and Quality Control Plan (QCP) are required.
