This is a special notice regarding a sole source requirement for specific items by the United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center. The government believes only the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), DEFENSE MARITIME SOLUTIONS, INC. (CAGE CODE 0EYA6), or their authorized distributors, can provide the necessary technical data and genuine OEM parts.

• The requirement is for a DIAPHRAGM ASSEMBLY (NSN: 2010-01-537-2301, Part Number: H72609-01-3).

• Quantity: 04 EA.

• No substitutions will be authorized without approval from USCG SFLC TECHNICAL EXPERTS.

• Authorized distributors are invited to submit a quote.

• Quotes MUST include a letter from the OEM, DEFENSE MARITIME SOLUTIONS, INC., CAGE CODE: 0EYA6, verifying the company is an authorized distributor.
