This solicitation is for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) effort for Fire Resistant Coveralls with Laundering and Repair Services for the Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC). The services include weekly onsite pickup, laundering, necessary repair services, and delivery of clean laundered coveralls, with the potential procurement of replacement fire-resistant coveralls.

• Fire Resistant Coveralls: Specifications include 5.5 oz. (185 g/m) TenCate Evolv Flame-Resistant Navy-Blue Fabric, Mandarin style collar, concealed adjustable snap closure on wrist cuff, side leg patch pockets, elastic waist inserts, deep pleated back, and two front and two chest pockets with flaps or concealed snap closures. Coveralls must have an ATPV rating of 8.5 Fire Rating and meet CAT 2 AR/FR protection and NFPA 2112 compliance. Each coverall will be individually identified and tracked by a barcode system, with the employee's name visible on a tag.

• Laundering Services: Weekly laundering of existing NFPC fire-resistant coveralls. Expected rate is not to exceed 100 pairs per week. Services include pickup, laundering (within 7 days), and delivery. The contractor is responsible for lost or damaged coveralls.

• Repair Services: Identification and repair of coveralls requiring maintenance. Repairs include inoperable zippers/fasteners, linear tears exceeding 1.75 inches, or accumulated tears exceeding 0.75 inches. Coveralls deemed beyond repair will be handled per specified procedures.

• Additional Coveralls: Replacement of unrepairable coveralls and provision of new coveralls for new employees, with sizing ranging from SM - 6XL.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) IDIQ.

• Period of Performance: Date of Award through three (3) years.

• Anticipated Minimum Amount: $10,000.00 for this projected Task Order.

• Submission Deadline: 06 July 2026, 04:00 PM Local Time.

• Evaluation Criteria: Awardee will be selected based on a Tradeoff evaluation using criteria outlined in the solicitation. Past Performance is considered significantly more important than price.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for providing non-personal services for Fire Resistant Coveralls, including laundering and repair services, for the Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC).

• The contract will be a single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).

• Services include weekly onsite pickup, laundering, necessary repair, and delivery of clean coveralls.

• Potential procurement of replacement fire-resistant coveralls is included.

• The ordering period is from Date of Award through three (3) years.

• Contractor shall launder, maintain, inspect, and repair coveralls according to specifications.

• Coveralls are for all personnel requiring fire-rated coveralls at NFPC.

• Maximum quantities for coveralls are listed by size (SM to 6XL, in Short, Regular, Tall, and X-Tall variations).

• Weekly laundering services are estimated at 100 pairs per week, totaling 5200 yearly.

• Coverall repair services are capped at 500 total repairs.

• Initial delivery of coveralls is required within 30 days of award.

• Coveralls must meet specific fire resistance standards (ATPV 8.5 Fire Rating, CAT 2 AR/FR protection, NFPA 2112 compliance).
