- CLIN 1 (Repairs/Replacement): Address an underground leak at Fire Hydrant #1, replace a missing sprinkler head and FDC sign, conduct a 5-year internal inspection of Systems #1 and #2, replace specific signs, and service the fire pump (including casing inspection and churn test). This work must be completed within 30 days of award.
- CLIN 2 (Optional Additional Repairs): Covers any further repairs identified during CLIN 1 work, requiring Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) approval.
