• Pricing: Must be in Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) format and address all elements of the SOW.

• Contractor Inquiries: Questions must be submitted via email to the address in Section 4.1 no later than 4:00 PM MST, Friday, January 27, 2026.

• This requirement is set-aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs).

• NAICS Code: 339999, All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing, with a Small Business size standard of 550.

• The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-03 (January 17, 2025), CAAC Letter 2025-02 (February 18, 2025), and DOI-AAAP 0210 v01.
