Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor for:
- CLIN 0001 (FFP): Vehicle Transportation – Safe and insured round-trip transport of Fire Truck E-20 between Peterson SFB and the contractor's facility.
- CLIN 0002 (FFP): Diagnostic Assessment and Repair Proposal – Comprehensive assessment to identify faults and damages, delivering a detailed report and repair proposal within 30 calendar days of award. This proposal must include parts, labor estimates, and structural integrity findings.
- CLIN 0003 (Unpriced Option): Vehicle Restoration – Upon notice to proceed, this CLIN will be definitized to a firm-fixed price for executing necessary repairs to restore the vehicle to OEM/NFPA standards. All replacement parts must be OEM or approved OEM-equivalent. Mechanics must be certified Emergency Vehicle Technicians (EVT) with Fire Apparatus Technician (F-Series) certification.

Evaluation Factors
Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror. Evaluation factors include:
- Total Price: For CLINs 0001 and 0002. CLIN 0003 will be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing after inspection.
- Technical Acceptability: Offerors must demonstrate Towing Capability for specialized fire apparatus and provide proof of Fire Apparatus Certification to perform all repairs and testing. Failure to meet technical requirements will render a proposal unacceptable.
