Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide one (1) Full-Time Registered Pharmacist to maintain and continue pharmaceutical services at the Lower Brule Indian Health Center. Key responsibilities include working independently, potentially as the sole pharmacist, entering/filling/dispensing prescriptions, determining medication appropriateness, checking for drug-drug and food-drug interactions, accessing renal function, interacting with medical professionals, maintaining controlled medication records, and participating in a clinic-based quality improvement program. The pharmacist must also possess Electronic Health Record experience and interact with patients and staff in a customer-friendly and culturally sensitive manner.

Evaluation
