The First Sergeant Academy (FSA) at Maxwell AFB, AL, seeks to enhance its leadership training by incorporating modules on Human-Centered Leadership. The goal is to equip First Sergeant students with advanced skills in strategic mindset, empathetic leadership, resilience, and effective team dynamics.

• Provide a two-hour instruction on the value of human-centered leadership for First Sergeants.

• Deliver this instruction across 7 scheduled training sessions annually.

• Create and provide digital copies of course preparatory work, presentation materials, and workbooks.

• Develop and deliver digital student handouts reinforcing personality-based communication and productivity tools.

• Incorporate self-awareness exercises for students regarding personal and professional strengths and areas for improvement.

• Materials provided must be compatible with Air Force standard desktop configurations and networks.

• Digital student handouts are due by February 23, 2026, with any subsequent changes provided at least two weeks prior to future sessions.

• Base Year: February 23, 2026 – February 22, 2027

• Option Years: Through February 22, 2031

• Place of Performance: First Sergeant Academy, Maxwell-Gunter AFB, AL, or an approved virtual platform.

• Contractor personnel must have a minimum of 4 years of experience serving in a First Sergeant functional role as a multi-level Command Chief Master Sergeant, with managerial experience overseeing First Sergeants.

• Contractor must demonstrate expertise in linking First Sergeant stressors with leadership, collaboration, and team dynamics.

• Contractor employees require base access and must comply with all security, force protection, and traffic regulations for Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex.

• Government will provide a training room and projection capability; contractor provides all other materials.

• Provide selected training material on Leadership modules focusing on personal, group, and organizational growth and development for First Sergeants.

• Create, provide, and modify a two-hour instruction on the value of First Sergeants' human-centered leadership.

• Deliver instruction across 7 scheduled training sessions per CLIN.

• Contractor must provide a resume of a qualified candidate with at least four years of experience as a First Sergeant and managerial oversight of First Sergeants.

• Contractor must provide a portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of comparable training or speaking engagements.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)

• Period of Performance: Base Year (02/23/26 – 02/22/27) with four one-year option periods.
