Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

  • Past Performance (rated Acceptable, Neutral, or Unacceptable).

• Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, prioritizing the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quotation with acceptable or neutral past performance.

• Offerors or the product/service are not required to meet a qualification requirement to be eligible for award.

• The solicitation includes various clauses related to small business concerns, including potential set-asides and price evaluation preferences.

• The solicitation incorporates numerous FAR and AGAR clauses and provisions by reference. Offerors are cautioned to review these carefully.
