Submission & Evaluation
Offers will be evaluated based on Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Required submissions include:
- A technical work plan (maximum 15 pages) detailing capabilities and approach.
- Two references for similar work performed within the last two years for Past Performance.
- Pricing must include total price, overhead, and General & Administrative (G&A) costs. Electronic quotes submitted via email are required. Fax quotes will not be accepted. Late quotes will be processed in accordance with RFO 52.212-1(c).
Eligibility
This acquisition is being solicited as unrestricted. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be eligible for award. Insurance requirements are detailed in FAR 52.228-5.
