Scope of Work

Services will be performed at Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) facilities, including Ramstein Northside, Ramstein Southside, and Vogelweh Fitness Centers, and associated sports fields. Personnel must be proficient in English and hold current certifications from U.S. Air Force-recognized organizations, including CPR/AED and Basic First Aid. Offerors must determine if Section 613A of the German Civil Code (BGB) applies to personnel employed in Germany.

Evaluation & Submission
Award will be based on a Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology. Technical sub-factors include:
- Past/Present Experience: Minimum one year experience within the last five years on similar requirements (maximum 4 pages).
- Management Approach: Outlining staffing plans and hiring processes (maximum 3 pages). Proposals must be submitted via email to the designated Points of Contact.
