Statement of Work (SOW)

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) requires the replacement of aging domestic hot water systems in Quarters 1 and Quarters 2 at the Nathaniel P. Reed Hobe Sound National Wildlife Refuge. • Remove and dispose of existing tank-type water heaters from attic spaces in Quarters 1 (two units) and Quarters 2 (one unit).

• Install new tankless domestic hot water systems capable of supplying hot water demand for each quarter's residence and the Quarters 1 laundry room.

• Verify and document existing hot water distribution, making necessary piping modifications.
