Special Requirements

• The service provider must have an approved Source of Approved Repair (SAR) letter certified by the MAJCOM AFREP Manager.
• Contractor personnel must be approved by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) F100 Engineering Office.
• Services must be performed in accordance with ISO 9001 or higher standards.
• A Quality Control Plan (QCP) must be implemented to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective services.
• Target lead time for repair and return to the COR must not exceed 60 calendar days.
• Personnel accessing the base must be cleared and pre-enrolled in the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).
• Contractor must comply with all installation/facility access and local security policies, including OPSEC and physical security of Government property.
• Latest versions of specified Technical Orders (TOs) must be used; deviations require written approval.
