  • Required Information in Quote: Price(s), FOB point, Cage Code, point of contact (name and phone), GSA contract number (if applicable), business size under NAICS Code, preferred payment method (GCPC or WAWF), and country of origin for each line item. If not the actual manufacturer, provide Manufacturer's Name, Location, and Business Size.
  • Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The Government intends to make a single award (all or none) without discussions.
