Quality Assurance & Submission
Offerors must provide and maintain a quality system compliant with ISO-9001, amplified by ISO-10012 or ANSI-Z540.3 with ISO-17025. The material is Level I/SUBSAFE, requiring full traceability from material to certification test reports (DI-MISC-81020) and Objective Quality Evidence (OQE). Electronic signatures on certification documents are accepted under specific controls. All certification data, including DD1423 Data Item A001 (Inspection and Test Plan), must be submitted to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) for review and acceptance prior to shipment. Past performance will be considered in evaluation (FAR 13.106(a)(2) and DFARS 252.213-7000). This is a DO rated order under DPAS.
