Scope of Work
The contractor will provide non-personal services focusing on:
- Developing, validating, standardizing, and revising up to five Concepts of Operations (CONOPS)/doctrine/TTPs annually.
- Ensuring IW doctrine/TTPs align with joint and naval strategies.
- Analyzing advanced IW training events and assessing training effectiveness.
- Identifying and updating training requirements metrics for IW readiness.
- Reviewing individual and Fleet training for synchronization with policy and doctrine.
- Delivering advanced IW training at individual, unit, group, integrated, and joint levels.
- Providing expertise for real-time NIWDC Live Virtual and Constructive (LVC) training.
- Preparing project objectives, milestone plans, briefings, and white papers.
