The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Aerospace Medicine (AAM) is issuing a Request for information (RFI)/ Market Survey for vendors that can support the Flight Attendants Drug and Alcohol Program (FADAP). The purpose of this RFI is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from small businesses capable of providing the services outlined in this document, in the timeframe stated in this document.  The responses to this RFI will help determine the acquisition strategy and whether adequate competition exists to set aside the competition among small businesses.  Below is a list of required services: The work includes maintaining the necessary infrastructure of an outreach program, preparing and distributing education and training materials, conducting training seminars on peer identification and intervention, and the provision of administrative support for the project as specified herein. Due to the past public health emergency (Coronavirus Pandemic), program modifications must be anticipated due to restrictions on face-to-face public meetings or responses of the target audiences’ willingness to participate in the same. While those future states cannot be sufficiently predicted at the time of contract award, alternative methods to perform the deliverables of the Statement of Work will be acceptable provided the program objectives are met.
