The contractor will track, schedule, and document all training, update courseware, and provide timely support for FMs across three shifts, including just-in-time training for new Mission Design Series (MDS). The scope also covers coordinating and maintaining FM training records, developing lesson plans, integrating training from other vendors (e.g., FAA instructors), facilitating initial online network access and software accounts, and maintaining 33 computer workstations at the training facility.
