- One complete flight spare MCCE unit, identical to EXCITE's flight units (S/Ns 001 and 002).
- One spare main board, serving as a direct replacement for the main boards on any of the three complete MCCE units.
- All mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces of the flight spare units must be identical to those of the flight units (EXCITE MCCE-TS, P/N: 7201100-01).
