Scope of Work
This solicitation requires the provision of three (3) each FLIR Recon B2-FO Thermal Binoculars. Required accessories include hand & neck straps, lens covers, 4 rechargeable Lithium Batteries, Battery Charger, AC/DC Power Supply, USB Cable, Image Storage USB Download, Video out cable, Manual, Quick Reference Guide, Hard Case, and Lens Cleaning Kit. All hardware must be new production. Offerors must provide documentation demonstrating authorized reseller status if not the OEM, along with technical documentation/specifications for proposed items. Packaging must comply with ASTM D 3951-18, and Item Unique Identification (IUID) marking is required per DFARS 252.211-7003. Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (Self) is also a mandatory requirement.
