Eligibility Requirements

• SAM Registration: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to proposal submission. Proof of SAM registration is required.
• Local Presence: Bidders must have a local representative or partner in El Salvador capable of performing the repair work locally.
• Personnel Compliance: Local personnel involved in the work must be subscribed to the local social security system and local AFP payroll.
• Proposal Language: Proposals must be submitted in English. Incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
