• Contractor must provide Quality Assurance (QA) personnel who will inspect, test, and report daily findings to the government project manager.

• Services include pre-restoration work, removal of floor coatings/caulking/polyurethane, replacement of partitions, grout sawing, and application of a chemical-resistant coating.

• The project involves cleaning, sanitizing, and prepping floors, followed by a SaniGlaze restoration process.

• Floor work will be conducted throughout specific buildings (1, 8, 16, 21, 23, 34, and ACC).

• Deliverables include maintenance schedules, start/finish dates, contractor personnel performing service, work performed details, training records, problem encountered reports, and signature blocks for completion.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.

• Period of Performance: Base year (12 months) plus four (4) 12-month option periods.

• Costs for repairs and annual preventive maintenance parts are included; shipping costs for these parts will not be charged to the customer.
