Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To replace the existing flooring system on the second floor of the ANT building at United States Coast Guard Station Venice, LA.

• Removal of approximately 1,350 Sq Ft of existing flooring.

• Preparation of the concrete subfloor, including removal of impurities, repair of cracks, and ensuring a level surface.

• Installation of new 100% waterproof Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in a medium grey tone finish.

• Installation of appropriate underlayment if not pre-installed on planks.

• Installation of matching transition strips at doorways and floor transitions.

• Installation of new dark grey vinyl cove base trim throughout the second floor.

• Repair and repainting of any damage along the base of walls.

• Undercutting doors as necessary for proper operation.

• The contractor shall provide 4 extra boxes of vinyl plank for future repairs.
