Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, seeking quotes for a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) requires specific items.

• The primary item required is a FLUXMETER (NSN: 6625-01-514-3574, Part #: 02-0400-02).

• Quantity: 3 units.

• Unit of Issue: Each (ea).

• No substitutions are authorized without approval from USCG SFLC technical experts.

• Preservation, packaging, and marking must be in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E, MIL-STD-129R, and ISO/IEC-16388-2007 specifications, including specific crate types and barcoding.

• Quality Assurance (Q/A) inspection may be required; contractors must notify the Contracting Officer at least seven (07) calendar days prior.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Payment Terms: NET 30, in accordance with FAR 52.232-25 Prompt Payment.

• Quote Due Date: March 20, 2026, 12:00 PM EST.

• Required Delivery Date: March 31, 2026.

• Total cost must include delivery and any freight charges to zip code 21226.

• Shipping: FOB DESTINATION REQUIRED.

• Ship To: USCG SURFACE FORCES LOGISTICS CENTER, 2401 HAWKINS POINT ROAD, RECEIVING ROOM- BUILDING 88, BALTIMORE, MD 21226.

• Invoicing must be processed through https://www.ipp.gov. A copy of the invoice must also be sent to Stephanie.a.garity@uscg.mil.

• All responsible sources may submit a quotation.

• Vendors must have an active registration in SAM.Gov prior to award.
