Quick Summary
The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) is seeking quotes for Adobe license subscriptions, specifically Adobe Acrobat Pro for Enterprise and Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps. This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Quotes are due by June 8, 2026, at 3:00 PM EDT.
Scope of Work
FMCS requires 38 subscriptions for Adobe Acrobat Pro for Enterprise and 3 subscriptions for Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps. These brand-name products are essential to support FMCS's existing Adobe software environment, user workflows, document management needs, and creative design requirements. The acquisition is justified by the need for continuity, avoiding transition risks, compatibility issues, and user retraining that would arise from alternative software.
