This document is a "Request for Quotation (RFQ)" for repair services. • Items must meet operational and functional requirements as represented by the Cage Code (0PXV4) and reference number.

• Specific requirements for preservation, packaging, packing, and marking are detailed, including adherence to MIL-STD-2073-1 and ASTM D3951-18.

• Protection from degradation due to electrostatic/electromagnetic forces is required.

• Depot Level Repairable (DLR) labels are required for specific items.

• Hazardous material identification and safety data must be provided.

• Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) status is required for information systems processing, storing, or transmitting Federal Contract Information (FCI) or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).

• The contract is for repair services.

• Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is a key contractual delivery requirement.

• Induction Expiration Date is 365 days after contract award.

• Pricing is based on a "Firm Fixed Price" arrangement.

• Quotations must be submitted by "28 Feb 2026".

• Offers received which fail to provide all data required by the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure will not be considered.

• Government Source Approval is required prior to award.

• Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation remain valid for a minimum of 120 days.

• Evaluation will consider "fair and reasonable" pricing.

• This RFQ is NOT a small business set-aside.

This is a notice of intent to solicit on a sole source basis with THE BOEING COMPANY (CAGE: 0PXV4) for the purchase of a supply: Repair of the items COUPLER, ANTENNA, NIIN 014876172, and P/N 74D765037-1002, in support of F-18 aircraft. The Government lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchase this part from other sources.

• Repair of COUPLER, ANTENNA, NIIN 014876172, P/N 74D765037-1002.

• Source Approval is required. Award will not be delayed for Source Approval.

• The Government is not using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items).

• Proposed contract action is for supplies under FAR 6.302-1 (sole source).

• Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond.

• This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.

• Proposals, quotations, or capability statements received within 15 days of this notice will be considered.

• A determination not to compete is at the Government's discretion.

• Award will be made only if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets qualification requirements at time of award (FAR clause 52.209-1).

• This procurement is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
