Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide the supply and delivery of food service products, supplies, and equipment to the Alaska Fire Service Dining Facility at Ft. Wainwright, AK, and the AFS Galena Dining Facility in Galena, AK. These facilities support firefighters and personnel during the fire season.

• Supply and delivery of a wide range of food products, including fresh, frozen, refrigerated, perishable, non-perishable, and canned goods.

• Supply of paper products, cleaning supplies, and kitchen small wares.

• Specific products and quantities will be detailed in individual BPA Calls.

• Contractor is responsible for supply and delivery of all food products and supplies.

• Deliveries must be accompanied by a dated, properly executed, and signed delivery ticket.

• Shipments not accompanied by a proper delivery ticket may be rejected.

• Invoices must be submitted monthly through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) at https://www.ipp.gov.

• All products must be delivered at proper temperatures as stated in the FDA Food Code.

• The contract supports operations during the fire season (April through September for Ft. Wainwright, May through September for Galena).
