This opportunity requires the provision of custom-designed food service smocks in three variations:

- Black Smocks: Featuring red piping, Command Crest above the pocket, 76 Flag on the left shoulder, and "CPO Mess" embroidered text on the right side top.

All smocks must be short-sleeved, have secured front closures with buttons, a pocket on the left chest and left sleeve for pens/thermometers, and reinforced stitching. The material specified is a durable, easy-care polyester-cotton blend (35% cotton, 65% polyester) with an 8.1 oz fabric weight, designed to be breathable, lightweight, and resistant to shrinking, fading, and fraying. They must provide full upper body coverage and ease of movement in high-temperature galley environments.
