Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for developing and maintaining non-discriminatory, professional testing instruments for various Foreign Service roles. Key tasks include:
- Developing test materials for Foreign Service Generalists and Specialists Tests.
- Creating computer-based testing instruments for roles such as Foreign Service Officer Test (FSOT), Foreign Service Officer Assessment (FSOA), Consular Fellows Program Test (CFPT), Office Management Specialist Test (OMST), and others.
- Conducting job analyses, developing test blueprints, and creating test items.
- Assembling operational test forms, performing validation and scoring, and conducting psychometric analysis of test data.
- Providing validation reports and statistical reporting.
- Requiring domestic and international travel as needed.
