• Provide storage space within a 50-mile radius of the Southern Research Station office at 2730 Cherokee Farm Way, Suite 101, Knoxville, TN 37920.

• The facility should include three separate individual units with dimensions similar to: one 15x30 drive-up unit with double doors (450 sq ft) and two 10x20 drive-up units with single doors (200 sq ft each).

• If a new facility is selected, the contractor must move storage items from the existing unit to the new facility.

• Facility Location and Features:

  • Within a 50-mile radius of the specified office.
  • Video Surveillance.
  • Fenced Perimeter.
  • Units in close proximity to each other within the same facility.
  • 1st-floor access.

• Access to units must be available daily from 6 AM to 10 PM, including weekends and holidays.

• The Government will not be required to relocate during the contract.

• Base Period: February 1, 2026 - January 31, 2027

• Option Period 1: February 1, 2027 - January 31, 2028

• Option Period 2: February 1, 2028 - January 31, 2029
