Contract Details
This is a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a base period from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027, and four (4) one-year option periods, for a potential total of five years. Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit a price proposal, facility location, and facility features. The facility location and features should be provided in a separate document (max 2 pages, Arial 10pt font), detailing the facility name/address, unit specifics, security, and accessibility. Offers must be emailed to yolanda.padilla@usda.gov by January 23, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET. Questions are due by January 17, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET. Evaluation factors include Price, Facility Location, and Facility Features. The government reserves the right to pay more for closer locations or highly desired features and may award to other than the lowest quoter.
