1. Statement of Work The contractor shall supply and deliver a newly manufactured forestry drum mulcher to Blackhawk Park in De Soto, WI 2. SPECIFICATIONS The forestry mulcher shall meet or exceed the following salient characteristics: Forestry drum mulcher for a 2016 Case TR 310 skid steer- If necessary, provide all needed electrical components to operate properly- Operate properly at 35 GPM maximum or less - Operate effectively from a 74HP skid steer- Steel teeth- Include push bar-tree bumper- Include all proper hydraulic fittings to operate (skid steer currently has quick couplers)- Have a 50 to 60 inch cutting width- Capable of removing 5-inch diameter and smaller trees- Capable of removing mix of hardwood and softwood trees 4. DELIVERY DUE DATE The Forestry drum mulcher shall be delivered on or before March 18, 2026.5. SHIPMENT The quote price shall include all costs of transporting and unloading to the destination site. Shipment shall be prepaid and made at the Contractors expense. Shipment address and point of contact is: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Blackhawk Park E590 County Road BI De Soto, Wisconsin 54624 The Contractor shall notify the government of the shipment at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Delivery shall be between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday, except on Government holidays. Any delivery arriving after 4:00 P.M. will not be accepted by Government personnel until the next work period as designated above.
