Scope of Work

The contractor shall provide three forklift ramps designed for continuous forklift traffic, functioning as mobile loading docks between ground level and trailers/containers. Key requirements include:

  • Quantity: 3 units.
  • Load Capacity: Minimum 30,000 lbs.
  • Configuration: Two integrated components (approx. 20 ft deck, approx. 20 ft ramp, total not exceeding 40 ft).
  • Dimensions: Overall width approx. 95 inches.
  • Height Adjustment: Adjustable deck height from 32-56 inches, compatible with standard trailer heights, using a mechanical or equivalent adjustment (no power source required). The ramp must be compatible with standard warehouse forklifts.
  • Mobility: Portable, capable of repositioning, deployable on concrete or asphalt. Wheels are preferred but not strictly required if transportable by a 10K forklift.
  • Compatibility: Must be compatible with standard warehouse forklifts, rubber-tired industrial trucks, standard trailers, containers, and dock heights.
  • Delivery: No later than 20 days after award. Contractor is responsible for all shipping, handling, and delivery to the specified address in Ceiba, PR. The exact drop-off location will be coordinated post-award.
