Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted via email to mirthaly.quintanilla@usmc.mil by the response date. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government, considering Technical capability, Price Reasonableness, and Past Performance. Technical evaluation requires quotes to meet all specifications. Price will be evaluated per FAR 13.106-3(a), and SPRS evaluation will be conducted per DFARS 204.7603. Quotes must contain all requested line items to be considered responsive and must be valid for 90 days. Questions will be accepted via email up to 24 hours after RFQ receipt.
Eligibility & Notes
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide their Unique Entity ID, CAGE Code, and Federal Tax ID Number. The Government reserves the right to make an award solely on initial quotes received. Offerors must complete and submit provisions such as FAR 52.204-24 and FAR 52.212-13. Payment will be processed through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
