Forklifts must be diesel or propane fueled with pneumatic tires and 60-inch forks. An open cab is preferred for 14k forklifts, but a closed cab is acceptable. Unlimited hourly usage is permitted, and inoperable forklifts must be replaced within 24 hours.

  • Base Period (April 20, 2026 – April 19, 2027):
    • One (1) 6000 lbs forklift and one (1) 14000 lbs forklift (for 12 months)

Submission & Evaluation

Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov by the award date. Proposals must be submitted via email only to both primary and secondary points of contact, with a 35 MB email size limit (multiple emails allowed). The proposal package must include:

Special Requirements

Contractor employees must be U.S. Citizens and will undergo background checks. An OPSEC Plan is not required for this contract.
