The Mission & Installation Contracting Command Fort Belvoir (MICC-FB), 9410 Jackson Loop, Ft Belvoir, VA 22060, intends to issue a solicitation to award a single, fixed-priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a twelve (12) month base and four (4) 12 month option years on behalf of the Fort Belvoir Department of Public Works (DPW). DPW has a requirement for Base Operations Services. This requirement will be set-aside for Woman Owned Small Business vendors. The estimated Period of Performance is from 15 August 2019 through 14 August 2020, with a twelve month period of performance and four option years through 14 August 2024. The posting of the solicitation will be 5 July 2019.
All Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer. It is also noted that 8(a) firms must be certified as a Woman Owned Small Business with the Small Business Administration (SBA) as well as certified on SAM.
