- Irrigation and Drainage System Services
- Trash & Debris Removal, Pavement Sweeping
- Ice Prevention/Snow & Ice Removal
- Structure Cleaning, Light Maintenance, and Janitorial Services
- Ceremonies Assistance
A critical aspect is adherence to the Dignity Clause, requiring utmost care, reverence, and respect for headstones, markers, and the cemetery as a final resting place. Contractors are responsible for any damage and must obtain signed compliance statements from all personnel.

Submission & Evaluation
This is a Lowest-Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) acquisition. Proposals must be submitted in two parts: Part I (Price) and Part II (Technical). Technical Acceptability Factors include:
- New Mexico certifications for personnel applying fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides.
- Resumes of Key Personnel (Site Manager with 2+ years in cemetery operations, Arborist with 5+ years as a direct supervisor in commercial tree maintenance, and foremen with 2+ years in burial/headstone operations).
- Documentation of the contractor's vehicle(s) and a minimum of four employees for casketed/cremation burials and headstone setting. Offerors must acknowledge all amendments.
