Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, maintaining, and landscaping grounds across U.S. Army Garrison Fort Benning. Services include:
- Mowing, trimming, and turf replacement
- Leaf and debris removal
- Tree, hedge, and shrub planting and maintenance
- Irrigation and fertilization
- Policing of areas The work covers Improved, Semi-Improved, and Un-Improved Grounds, including specific tasks like edging, fertilizing, seeding/sodding, hydroseeding, aerating, overseeding, flower bed maintenance, weed control, and tree services. Services also extend to xeriscape areas, athletic fields, special event services, and refuge/nature trail maintenance.
