The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantities (IDIQ) contract for bulk landscape materials for the Fort Bliss National Cemetery, El Paso, Texas.

The solicitation is anticipated for release in two weeks from the date of this notice. The solicitation will contain the required technical information and a specified due date and time.

Requirement: The contractor will be responsible for the purchase of rock, labor, supervision, transportation, and all necessary equipment to deliver the Franklin Red Crushed Granite Rock and Aggregate Course materials to Fort Bliss National Cemetery.

CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address (sam.gov) to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the solicitation closing date and time. Failure to obtain and acknowledge any amendment(s) may render your submittal unacceptable and result in the rejection of the quote.
