Scope of Work
The project encompasses significant modifications and installations at two primary locations:
Service Station:
- Modify three 8,000-gallon aboveground fuel storage tanks (ASTs) and appurtenances.
- Remove and dispose of three dispensers; install three new 12,000-gallon ASTs on a new concrete pad.
- Repair and install new dispensers (two diesel, one MOGAS) on new islands.
- Install offload point, parking hardstand, spill containment, shut-off valves, strapping charts, and catwalks.
- Install bollards, repair emergency shut-off system, site lighting, and pavement; replace equipment building.
- Construct a new steel-framed canopy (approx. 41.5 ft x 125 ft) with associated foundation.
Bulk Fuel Facility:
- Provide catwalks, high-level shut-off, mechanical level gauges, water draw-off, and strapping charts for three ASTs.
- Install offload pumps, site flow indicator, offload meter Teflon pads, air eliminator, pressure relief valves, product recovery tanks, and dispenser sumps.
- Replace fillstand pump, fuel piping, filter separator, undersized/threaded piping, and valves/dispensers.
- Install/repair pipe supports, remove transfer piping, and add level alarms; install bollards.
