Scope of Work
The project requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation for comprehensive roadway improvements. This includes approximately 80,000 SF of roadway improvements, involving supplying and installing road base material, regrading for drainage, and compaction. Asphalt repairs and maintenance are also required, covering crack sealing (for cracks 1/2 inch or wider), major crack repair (approx. 220 LF) with saw cutting, excavation, road base replacement, and asphalt patching, as well as concrete drain pan replacement (approx. 20 SF) and asphalt separation repair at building interfaces. A slurry seal application over approximately 50,000 SF is also part of the scope. Traffic control will be required throughout the project.
