Scope of Work

- Developing and implementing a Quality Control Plan (QCP).
- Adhering to Government Standard Operating Procedures (GSOP) for alarm handling, operational procedures, and reporting.
- Performing alarm resolution procedures, timely reporting of alarms, system errors, and faults, with detailed documentation.
- Maintaining and uploading daily Shift Event Logs.
- Responding to alarms within 15 minutes to initiate police or security force responses.
- Managing incidental property such as IDS monitoring workstations, monitors, and printers.
Personnel & Security Requirements
Personnel must possess an active Secret-level security clearance and undergo background checks. They are required to complete various training, including Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level I, OPSEC Awareness, Information Assurance (IA), Threat Awareness Reporting Program (TARP), and iWATCH training. The facility clearance (FCL) is Secret, and while access to SCI, JWICS, Non-SCI Intelligence Materials, and SIPRNet is generally not authorized or required, personnel will handle classified and sensitive but unclassified military facility design information.
