Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build Horizontal Construction for Fort Johnson, LA by means of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) HUBZone Set-Aside to support facilities construction and repair. Description Of Work: Activities required include a wide variety of Design-Build and/or Design-Bid-Build (DBB) construction activities, to include, but not limited to design and construction of parking lots, retaining walls, playgrounds, vehicle and pedestrian fences/gates, bridges, roads-concrete and asphalt, irrigation systems, drainage improvements including underground storm drains, grading projects, airport runways and taxiways, flood walls and lighting; and repair or alteration of all of these. Contract Capacity: Task orders will not exceed $10M. The estimated maximum contract capacity is $20M for the entire seven (7) year ordering period duration.
