The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to solicit and award a contract to replace fire alarms in multiple buildings at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, in accordance with Department of Defense building standards and regulations. The Government proposes to issue a firm-fixed price request for proposal contract award for this project.
