This is a solicitation for the Fort Leonard Wood and LORA Roofing Construction Services. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION FOR SEAL BID; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a total Small Business Set Aside. Description of Requirement: The work to be performed will include, but not be limited to, providing and replacing roofs and other miscellaneous items in accordance with (IAW) the attached Technical Exhibit A and specifications. This contract will be a delivery order style contract. All work required shall be on a requirement basis as directed by the Contracting Officer on a delivery order. The Contractor will be paid only for actual quantity of work performed for each Task Item.
This is an IDIQ contract for Roofing for a period of five (5) years (Base Year plus four (4) Option Years).
