Contract Details

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
• Period of Performance: April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2031 (one base year and four one-year option periods).

• Evaluation: Based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), assessing technical/management capabilities (experience, project management, staffing, equipment), and past performance.
• Required Submissions: Detailed Performance Plan, Staffing Plan, Equipment list, Past Performance information (last 5 years), licenses, permits, and insurance. Offerors must complete and sign clause 852.219-76.
