Scope of Work
The contractor will operate and manage Laundry Distribution and Collection Points, ensuring the exchange of linens and providing full laundry and dry-cleaning services. This includes washing, drying, packaging, minor repairs, and replacement of damaged items. Services cover a wide range of items, including linens, Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE), flags, ceremonial uniforms, and clothing for deceased military personnel, with same-day service required for the latter. The contractor must maintain a developed accountability system and the Army's Post Laundry Program (PLP). All services must comply with AR 710-2, AR 210-130, AR 710-4, and other relevant regulations.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs).

- Mandatory Site Visit: A mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 08:30 AM EDT at the Fort Meade Visitor Control Center. A maximum of two participants per company are allowed.
Special Requirements
Contractor personnel require background checks and specific training (Antiterrorism Level I, iWatch, OPSEC, TARP, Combating Trafficking in Persons).
