Service Requirements
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and supervision for bus transportation.
- WOCS Transportation: Two 55-passenger buses for approximately 100 candidates and cadre per class, for a 300-mile round trip to Daviston, AL (Horseshoe Bend).
- WOSC Transportation: Two 36-passenger buses for approximately 65 students and cadre per class, for a round trip to Columbus, GA.
- Bus Amenities: Buses must have reclining seats, air conditioning, heat, a working DVD player with monitors, and a working latrine.
- Personnel: Certified licensed bus drivers are required. The contractor must conduct background checks for personnel, provide a roster of employees, and issue identification badges.
- Installation Access: Contractor personnel require installation access, including vehicle registration passes, driver's licenses, and proof of insurance.
- Quality Control: The contractor must develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP). Performance will be monitored against a Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) with Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) generally at 95-100% compliance.
- Reporting: Service Contract Reporting (SCR) is required via SAM.gov.
