Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide four administrative support assistants to assist the Administration Office, Finance Department, Front Desk, and Greeter at the Santa Fe Indian Health Center. Personnel may also rotate to outlying satellite clinics including Santa Clara, San Felipe, and Cochiti Health Clinics. Key tasks include managing correspondence, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, handling inquiries, purchasing supplies, coordinating new staff orientation, preparing travel requests, and timekeeping. Required skills include proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Teams, database and file management, basic financial literacy, and event coordination. Personnel must be able to work with multicultural patients and interpreters, and will be subject to background checks, fingerprinting, and specific health requirements (e.g., vaccinations, TB tests).
Contract Details
This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, consisting of a Base Year and four (4) one-year option periods. The NAICS code is 561110 (Office Administrative Services) with a size standard of $12.5 Million.
Set-Aside
This acquisition is designated as a Buy Indian Set-Aside (BICiv), specific to the Department of Health and Human Services. Offerors must self-certify as an "Indian Economic Enterprise" using the provided IHS IEE Representation Form.
Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted via email to Patricia Trujillo (patricia.trujillo@ihs.gov) no later than March 6, 2026, at 12:30 PM MST. Questions regarding the RFQ should also be sent to Patricia Trujillo prior to the closing of the solicitation. The award will be made on a best-value basis, considering Technical Approach, Key Personnel/Qualifications, Past Performance, and Price. Technical Approach, Key Personnel/Qualifications, and Past Performance are considered more important than Price. Quotes must be submitted in four volumes: Technical Quote, Key Personnel/Qualifications, Past Performance, and Price Quote. The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct them.
