• The core requirement is for four (4) Fire Truck Structural Pumpers for IMCOM-Europe.

• The solicitation includes CLINs for two (2) Chassis & Cabs, two (2) Apparatus Bodies, and two (2) Fully Assembled Vehicles as part of the initial procurement.

• Option CLINs are available for one (1) Fire Truck Structural Pumper, one (1) Chassis & Cab, one (1) Apparatus Body, and one (1) Fully Assembled Vehicle for multiple options (1001, 1002).

• All items must be in accordance with Attachment 1 Technical Specifications.

• The contract type is Firm Fixed-Price (FFP).

• Pricing is based on Technically Approved, SPRS, and Lowest Price.

• Delivery for CLINs 0001AA, 0001AB, 0001AC, 1001AA, 1001AB, and 1001AC is no later than 12 months after contract award.

• Delivery for CLINs 1002AA, 1002AB, and 1002AC is no later than 24 months after contract award.

• FOB Destination OCONUS delivery terms apply.

• Funds are not presently available for this acquisition.

• Quotes are due by 20 APR 2026, 12:00 PM local time.

• Evaluation will be based on Technically Approved, SPRS, and Lowest Price.

• Technical subfactors will be evaluated as acceptable or unacceptable.
